The food was a highlight for me, especially the tasty, authentic vegetarian dishes, and the hotel view added a lot to the stay. It was also easy to get to, right by the road, with plenty of parking and the amenities we needed. Our room was comfortable and very clean. They clearly take care to prevent damage, and it shows in how well everything is maintained. A lovely, comfortable stay.

What made our stay especially easy was the prompt, genuinely good service. The staff were courteous, attentive, and quick to help whenever we needed something. The hotel sits beside the river in a peaceful part of Kasol, which made it a lovely place to slow down and relax. Highly recommended.

The nearby river view made the stay feel special. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful. Service was quick too. I had a lovely time here and would recommend it 😊

For ₹3900 a night, booked through Agoda, I expected more after seeing all the positive reviews. The room had no fridge or cupboard, and the comforter was ripped and full of holes. There was no heater, and they wanted ₹400 extra when I asked for one, which felt unreasonable at that room rate. The kettle provided was disgusting. There are three floors and no lift, so getting luggage up can be inconvenient. Early in the morning, doors kept banging and made it difficult to sleep. The facilities and comfort were far below what I expected for the price. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It felt more like being at home than in a hotel. The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the service was top-class. Every detail felt just right 💯
