The care from Mr. Suresh Rana made our stay at Jalapa Camp especially memorable. He made sure guests were comfortable, paid attention to details, and arranged local experiences. The home-style food was delicious, too. The tents were clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a nice mix of adventure and relaxation. Surrounded by peaceful mountains and fresh air, it's a beautiful place to unwind and connect with nature. It felt like true Himachali hospitality. Highly recommended! 🌄✨

At Jalpa Camp, even a simple request for butter at night was met with a rude response: we were told to eat what we'd been given or it would be taken away in 30 minutes. Requests for basic things were refused outright. From management to service staff, the lack of manners and professionalism was shocking. There was no hospitality or customer service at all.

We booked through a tour operator in December 2025. The camp is a long way from the road, with no parking, and the route there felt risky. It's not women-friendly, and carrying luggage from the main road to camp yourself isn't easy. Book at your own risk.

The food tasted good, and the room was clean, but the bedsheet wasn't. Some staff were nice, while others behaved very rudely, and the owner was rude too. The location felt very dangerous. Still, the experience as a whole was great.
