The food was good, but there was no choice for customers. You had to eat whatever they selected. Service was very poor, and the air conditioner didn't work. The whole stay was horrible, the worst hotel experience I've had.

The location was good, and a single person's room cost around 1.8k. The rooms had no windows, so they smelled, and everything felt damp. Service was very poor. They called at 8:15 in the morning to ask about complementary breakfast, but it arrived at 9:10. When I asked about the delay, they said, “Sir, it always takes this long.” The TV didn't work either. They said the machine was broken.

I arrived early, and they didn't charge me extra for checking in ahead of time. The staff were very helpful and the service was good. Nice place to stay.

The room had a bad smell, and the service was pathetic. The breakfast sandwich wasn't good, and the manager was rude to guests.

A very good hotel, with polite staff.
