The staff were well mannered and helpful, and the service was excellent. They also arrange pickup and drop for pilgrims going for Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra darshan. It’s a very good hotel close to Katra railway station, and a must-stay before starting your yatra.

We stayed one night as a family of six, with three people in each of the two rooms. The food was a highlight, with excellent taste, quality, and variety, and we enjoyed every meal. The Hotel Chintpurni International team were welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were supportive and quick to help whenever we needed something, which made the stay easy and comfortable. Everything went smoothly, and we had a relaxing, enjoyable visit. We really appreciated the hospitality and would recommend it for a family stay.

My mom and I spent a few nights here and the staff took great care of us. They were kind and very helpful, and the food was delicious. The hotel was lovely, clean, and in a convenient spot. We’ll definitely come back.

It’s a good, affordable hotel that’s easy to reach since it sits right by the road. Our room was clean and had enough space for two people. The upkeep could be better, though. There were no toiletries, towels, or slippers, and the flush was broken. We asked about it, but it still wasn’t fixed.
