Click Sunburry Hotel Katra

We found the surroundings peaceful and the service professional, with good hygiene throughout. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. At Click Hotel Tulian, Katra, our room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The location works well for Vaishno Devi pilgrims, with the market and transport nearby. Good value for money, and I’d stay here again. Recommended for families, couples, and pilgrims visiting Katra.

Mr Amit looked after us really well. The room and washroom were clean and hygienic, and they let us check in early without any fuss. Great location and service, I was very happy with the hotel.

We booked a triple-bed room three months ahead, but when we arrived, the hotel couldn’t provide what we’d reserved. Even minor requests took several calls and still weren’t handled properly, which made it seem as though guest satisfaction didn’t matter to the staff. The experience was frustrating and disrespectful. Things got worse after my cousin left an honest review. Hotel staff called us 2 to 3 times and argued instead of dealing with the problem. They tried to justify it by saying, “This is what we provide for 2000,” which didn’t excuse the poor service. I’d think twice before booking if you expect basic service and professionalism.

The food was excellent, and the hotel is in the main market, about a 100 m walk from the bus stand. Thanks to the Front Office team, especially Amit, for making our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with good attention to hygiene. Hot water was available 24 hours. A pleasant stay overall. Jai mata Di ⛳⛳⛳
