The restaurant meals were the highlight for us. The "local Jammu dal" was rich, flavorful, and cooked just right, while the Kashmiri thali had a delicious, authentic range of dishes with a lovely presentation. Everything tasted freshly made with care. Thanks to Mr. Vijay Sharma, the restaurant manager, for the exceptional service. The front desk manager, Mr. Sharma, also helped work around our transport needs and timings. We booked two spotless, comfortable rooms, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. A wonderful stay from start to finish.

We had a small vehicle issue, and the hotel helped us get it sorted. Mr. Ashok Choudhary and his team looked after us and suggested dishes we really enjoyed. The food was delicious, well presented, and had plenty of good options. Service was attentive, with staff always smiling. Check-in went smoothly, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities. That personal care made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely visit again.

The calm surroundings at Vivanta Katra made it a lovely place to unwind before and after the Vaishno Devi Yatra. The stay was excellent, with comfort and hospitality that felt impeccable. Its elegant setting and natural beauty made the visit memorable. Highly recommended.

Lovely surroundings and a really good property. The food was good too, and the staff were polite and very cooperative. Their spa services could use a little improvement.

The hill views were stunning, and the hotel was clean and beautifully looked after. Staff were very polite and helpful, the food was excellent, and service was quick. A great place to unwind after visiting Vaishno Devi. Highly recommended.
