Our room, 404, had no key, and the geyser wasn’t working. We also found a cigarette butt in the room, which left us questioning the cleanliness and housekeeping. I misplaced my gold ring during the visit, and I understand that was my responsibility. Since we had to leave urgently, I asked to see camera recordings for help, but management still hasn’t responded. The maintenance problems and lack of response really affected our stay, so I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and behaved well. We had a wonderful stay, especially for such reasonable rates.

We enjoyed the balcony and terrace views, and the food was delicious. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were cooperative, so the stay was really good. Hotel Mahalaxmi palace is the best hotel in katra, with three-star amenities, four complimentary bottles of water, a coffee maker, room Wi-Fi, and Banganga pick-up and drop-off included. I’m very happy with what the hotel provides, and it was completely worth the money. jai mata di

I’m sorry to say I didn’t like the service. The room had no key, there was a smoky smell, and it had no ventilation. The staff were kind of fine, but I still had several issues.

The hotel’s location is very good, about 2 km from the track, and Wi-Fi service was also good. I booked two rooms for my family. They were good, and the place was very clean. The staff were cooperative, and the complimentary drop to tarakot Track was a plus. I’ll stay here again. Mr anil sharma is a very good person.
