We booked a deluxe room through clear trip, but the owner asked to see the booking amount and then gave us a small room without AC or heating. There was just one blanket, which wasn’t enough when it was 10 degrees Celsius outside. The worst experience ever.

The hot shower was excellent, and the bathroom was very clean. The rooms are spacious, and the place is quite hygienic. It’s also a five-minute walk from Banganga main check post. I’m sure I’ll stay here every year.

The hotel looks good, but the entrance is very small. The LCD and board weren’t working properly, there were lighting and power backup issues, and the staff weren’t doing their jobs. There’s no cab pickup or drop-off, and the AC wasn’t working properly either.

The manager or caretaker acts like he works at Taj and never answers questions directly. The TVs and ACs don’t work, the bathroom doors won’t close, and there’s no jet spray or lift. We weren’t given soap, and the cupboards have no latches. Mosquitoes were an issue, so we had to ask for a Goodknight or something. Nothing at all was good here. One of the worst mistakes of my life, lesson learned. Please don’t book.
