There’s no lift, so you’ll have to carry your luggage yourself. The rooms and walls are damp, with moisture on the ceilings too, and everything smells musty. The beds and blankets were dirty. I’d look for another hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the room itself was good. You can see Mata dabar straight from the room, with a nice view outside. The food was good and reasonably priced, and the tea was good too.

The restaurant let us down: we ordered aloo paratha, were told it would take 30 minutes, then after 45 minutes they said they weren’t serving it anymore. Still, the rest of our stay was excellent. The receptionist was welcoming and let us check in early without charging extra. It’s in a great, convenient area, and I’d recommend the hotel for its location and generally good service.

The construction seems unfinished, with things missing from the room, but they’re still booking guests into it. There wasn’t even a mirror in the large room or the washroom. No TV, Wi-Fi, or phone to call room service either. The room and bathroom were very dirty, and the service was worse. I had to complain four or five times to get the washroom cleaned, and they seemed to ignore me. They didn’t even bring us water.
