The hotel kept everything very clean and hygienic, and my stay was comfortable and satisfying. I especially appreciated Manager Shri Surender Sharma Ji. He was humble, courteous, and a great example of how a hotel manager should behave. Mr. Rahul Sharma was also supportive and cooperative throughout my stay. Everyone was polite and ready to help. Hotel Mount View in Katra was a pleasant place to stay, and I'd gladly return. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Shri Mata Vaishno Devi.

We had a spacious, clean room, and the bathroom was spacious and clean too. The mountain-view rooms look out towards Vaishnodevi Hill. The property sits on the main road in a very good location, and the staff were helpful. The hotel provided a complimentary drop to Banganga post. Food quality was okay, though there are plenty of other food options outside.

The dining was convenient, with freshly prepared, hygienic food and a good range of vegetarian options to suit different tastes. Staff were polite, professional, and quick to help, including with travel guidance and yatra information. Check-in was smooth. Hotel Mount View in Katra is close to the Vaishno Devi Yatra route, which works well for pilgrims and families wanting a calm stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and modern amenities. Some look out over the surrounding hills, adding to the peaceful feel. With comfortable rooms, good service, and a convenient location, it offers good value for money. It's a reliable choice for a Katra visit, whether for pilgrimage or leisure.
