From the room window, we had a great view of Shri Mata vaishnodevi bhawan. We booked three rooms, and the toilet flush didn't work in any of them. They also didn't provide complimentary water bottles.

There was a bad smell, and the staff were rude and behaved very badly. Rats, and rats everywhere in the hotel.
