Kafal Village Wood House

We came hoping for a quiet weekend after hectic hospital duties, but a family group at the property kept the noise going until almost 3 AM. There was loud music on speakers like a DJ party, plus shouting between the dining area and rooms. We told the manager and hoped it would be controlled, but nothing changed, and later our calls and messages went unanswered. We couldn't sleep all night and had to delay checkout the next morning because we were exhausted. The property itself is beautiful, with good food and a very peaceful atmosphere at first. The staff and helper were genuinely sweet and tried their best to make us comfortable. Breakfast was delayed because that group wanted the buffet later, but the helper thoughtfully arranged and served it separately for us. Management should enforce basic noise rules and respect other guests' peace late at night. I wouldn't recommend staying here if this kind of crowd is allowed and encouraged without consideration for others. ❌❌❌❌❌

The setting is beautiful, with a serene view that helps your mind relax right away. It's a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and a lovely place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed by my recent stay. The room wasn't properly maintained, with cleanliness and basic amenities lacking, and the food was below expectations for both taste and hygiene. Everything tasted bland and had way too much salt. Staff were unresponsive and not very welcoming, too. For what they charge, it wasn't worth it. Worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I hope management improves these issues.

The only drawback is the unpaved road from patwari village up to kafal. Once there, the cottage has a beautiful location with panoramic views, and the food and service were very nice. I'll definitely go again.
