We were three people, one couple and a friend, and got stuck in Kanatal over a long weekend. The owner demanded double the room rate because it was nighttime. I felt he knew exactly how to extract money, and found him money-minded and arrogant. He seemed drunk much of the time. After a heated argument over the double charge, at 2 a.m. he told my friend to go outside and look for another hotel. The next day, after checkout, we were waiting for our driver to bring our vehicle. He wouldn’t let us wait and told us to leave the property. His behavior was unacceptable, and he didn’t seem to understand basic hospitality. The room was overpriced and not close to what was promised, and the way we were treated left us uncomfortable and harassed. As a couple, we wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone, especially families. I suspect some positive reviews may be paid; check reviews using the keywords "owner" and "behaviour", and look at Goibibo and other platforms too. Avoid wasting your money and choose a better hotel.

Mohit was especially courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The room gave us a wonderful view, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It was spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious and nicely prepared. Highly recommended for a peaceful, pleasant visit.

Mohit Bhaiya was the highlight for me, giving us the most help and excellent service. He’s truly a great person there. Everything else at Pinnacle Kanatal was really good too: a beautiful location, nice food, and clean rooms.

The owner was very supportive, the food was nice, and there was ample parking. Our comfortable room had a great mountain view. A very pleasant stay.

The rooms were luxurious and cozy, with thoughtful decor and details that made them a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring. But it was the host who made the stay feel special, warm, welcoming, and attentive, treating us like family. The hilltop setting in kanatal has a serene atmosphere, lush green valleys, and breathtaking snow-capped mountain views. I’m still under its spell. A peaceful retreat I can’t recommend enough, and I’d definitely come back. 🤯🙏🤗😴💯🌟🏔️❤️😊
