Hotel Heavenly Heights

The location is amazing, but the stay was pathetic. The owner, as they called him, was especially rude and unwelcoming. Food was bad, and the behavior was poor overall. Many things listed when booking were lies, including bonfire and security, which weren’t there.

Our trip was over within the first hour. We checked in at 2 PM, then staff used vulgar language when we went for lunch and were still deciding what to order. They told us to order or stop wasting time, using the offensive slang “order krna hai kro ba.chodi mat kro.” We contacted the owner right away and left the property. Staff who speak to guests that way shouldn’t be in hospitality. I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

Within an hour of checking in, restaurant staff spoke to us offensively and used slang because we were taking time to choose our food. We felt unwelcome and disrespected, so we informed the owner and left straight away. A total nightmare, zero stars for service.

We checked in at 2 PM and went to the hotel restaurant for lunch. Staff were incredibly rude and used abusive language, telling us, “khana order krna hai kro varna yaha bakchodi mt kro.” Disgusted, we ate elsewhere, called the owner, and checked out within an hour of arriving. Avoid this place, and save your money and your respect.
