The city view from the window was stunning at night, and the bed was extremely comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with modern decor that gave it a luxurious feel. I recently had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Sharddha Railway Sation, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently close to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. Popular landmarks and restaurants were within walking distance, which made exploring easy.

From the 3rd floor, I had Darshan of Shri Mata Ardhkumari, and nearby prasad shops were convenient. The location is within walking distance of the Railway Station. The food was really good and very reasonably priced, and I'd suggest dining in if you can. It was a wonderful hotel, booked through M/s Around the world Holidays, Delhi. Both the hotel and Agent made for an awesome experience. Thanks to M/s Around the World Holidays, Delhi for a wonderful pilgrimage experience to Shri Mata Vaishno Dhaam. A must visit place.

The staff were easy to deal with, and the food was really tasty. The rooms were clean and tidy, too. It's a budget-friendly hotel close to the market.

We had a very nice stay at New Shraddha in katra.Vaishno.devi. The housekeeping staff were especially polite, and the hotel was neat and clean. The food was delicious, and the location worked well for us.

The water bottle was charged as well, with no clear notice beforehand that it would cost extra. They also charged above MRP. When I asked why, someone argued that those were the rates there and said I had to pay. We were promised pick-and-drop service for the Vaishno Devi trip when booking, but once we arrived, the hotel refused to honor that and wanted extra payment for it. The staff and management were rude to customers and came across as very unprofessional. My stay at New Shraddha Hotel in Katra was unpleasant, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay where guests are treated respectfully.
