Hotel Sai Mahal

The staff are really helpful, and the location is great. This is a very good place to stay, and I’d come back in the future.

The room had good space, comfortable beds, and the facilities we needed, including hot water. My stay was good overall. The hotel is near Yatra Slip office 2, though the road is a little narrow. You can take an auto or van there, while other vehicles have to park outside. Pick-up and drop-off on both sides were offered before, but this time they couldn't provide it because they were short-staffed.

The view from the window was wow, and the hotel was clean and tidy. We stayed two days, and I've already booked another stay for my family ten days later. The staff were really friendly, both managers behaved well, and room service was amazing. The food was damn good too. Wi-Fi worked well for YouTube playback, about 1.5 Mbps for me. They offer pick-up and drop-off from the station, hotel, and Vaishno Devi, plus travel options to Shivkhori, Patnitop, and other places. Definitely recommend it.

I was in Katra in the first week of January and had a nice stay. The hotel is close to the bus stand and railway station, and the yatra parchi counter is within walking distance. They also provide pick-up and drop-off to the railway station. The staff were cooperative, and Manager Rakesh was especially humble and supportive. I'd be glad to visit again.
