The family trip was made worse by indifferent front desk staff and rooms in awful condition. It was one of the worst experiences I've had, and I can't see much point in writing more. The room was covered in dust; even after we wiped it with baby wipes, dust settled everywhere again. Under the bed was filthy, as if the cleaner had missed it entirely. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed, and needs to improve its general cleanliness. The staff were terrible. Avoid this place.

The blankets and bedsheets smelled bad and were dirty. Rooms were awful, and the staff were very bad and lied to everyone. Ask them for anything and they'll make you wait half an hour. Don't book here.

The rooms smelled awful, and even the drinking jug and glasses weren't clean. They didn't provide soap or towels. They also don't change the linens, and if you ask, they say fresh ones are coming from the laundry. This is the worst hotel. Don't stay here even if it's free.

The rooms and service were awful, and the hotel was unhygienic despite charging high prices. The receptionist or manager was very rude. I also felt the room layouts had bad Vaastu and negative vibes. Every room had a mirror opposite the bed, and in some rooms the toilet was in front of it.

The driver was the rudest I've ever encountered, simply because we didn't follow his advice about which tourist spots to visit. My sincere advice is not to book sightseeing through the hotel. The hotel and its services were ridiculous, and I can't recommend it.
