The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our stay at The Grand Dewan stand out. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help. The hospitality was consistently good, with comfort and cleanliness all taken care of. I had an exceptional experience from beginning to end and would definitely choose it again. Highly recommended for a visit to Katra.

The staff were kind and cooperative, and they helped us with every concern. Deepak, Vijay, Ajay, and Rakesh were especially helpful, while Gautam, Verta served delicious food and took care of requests on time. The rooms were clean, and we loved our stay at Hotel Dewan. Highly recommend it.

We got an early check-in without any hassle, and the staff responded quickly whenever we needed something. They helped arrange an auto for drop-off elsewhere and were courteous enough to give us a lift to the railway station. The rooms were a decent size, clean, and had hot water. Food was average. The hotel is about a 300m walk from the main market area, by the bus stand circle.
