The hospitality was a real highlight. Every staff member was polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile. The team made us feel safe and looked after, even arranging for our comfort and safety on a late-night trip to the station. I was in Kanpur for the CA NTS Program and stayed three days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and smelled nice, and the buffet had plenty of tasty choices. The location is excellent, too. Everything went beyond what I expected, and the whole visit was wonderful. I'd happily recommend it to anyone coming to the city. Love from Ranchi ♥️

We felt safe and well cared for throughout our stay. The team even looked out for us on a late-night trip to the station, which really showed how much they care about guests. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help, even at 2 AM or 11 PM. The hospitality, venue, food, and overall feel of the restaurant and property were all outstanding. Thanks to the whole team for making the visit memorable. Highly recommended, and we're looking forward to coming back!

The breakfast had lots of options, and the room service was good. I was pleased with my stay at Grand Geet Hotels. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was included. Service in the breakfast hall could be better, but I was satisfied overall.

My stay at hotel geet grand kanpur was very good and comfortable. At the front office, Mr. Amrendra ji and Ms. Kritika were so nice and guided me through everything, making check-in smooth. Best hotel for comfort.

The staff were great, and the hotel has all the proper amenities. Mr. Anand and his team deserve special thanks for handling the management and administration so well. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
