Breakfast was a mess. They didn’t seem to know it needed to be ready, and aloo paratha was the only option. The quality was poor: for 12 people they gave us just 7 parathas, with no curd. Breakfast was included in our booking, but they still seemed unaware, so we left without eating and requested an immediate refund. The room had mosquitoes and was so unclean that we couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep. The blankets were unacceptable, requests for help went unanswered, and it was almost impossible to find staff for even basic questions. The service and amenities were shockingly poor. This disregard for basic hospitality is unacceptable. I expected comfort and service in line with what the hotel claims to offer. I want immediate action on these problems and a prompt reply explaining how they’ll be addressed and kept from happening to future guests.

The room was in terrible shape, the toilet was dirty, and service was very slow. There was no water service, only bottled water. We also had a long wait because the FabHotel team hadn’t confirmed the price with the hotel.

The food was awful and seemed like it could cause food poisoning. The property and rooms were damp, and maintenance was poor. You might as well book it for a wildlife adventure, with rats, lizards, honey bees, and mosquitoes.

It was a nice stay, and the room was the most spacious I’ve found in kanpur. The place is in a residential area, a little way in from the main road.
