It was a very bad experience. There wasn't a proper setup for hotel accommodation, and the contact person Oyo gave me was different from the person handling room charges. Nobody seemed to care about looking after customers, and the desk staff were careless. Breakfast was supposed to be free under the terms, but it wasn't available.

We booked for three days, but the receptionist never gave us the room keys. We couldn't lock the room when we went out. There was no hot water for bathing in winter, and the receptionist was very rude. No service at all.

When my family and I arrived at 10 pm, the hotel said it had cancelled our booking because it doesn't accept online payments. I had booked through Oyo rooms and paid online, so I was left standing on the road with my whole family while calling Oyo and the hotel manager. The room was very dirty and full of rat droppings. Please don't stay here.

A nice place for couples, with safety and privacy. You can come straight to stay, and the staff are good. The owner is nice too.

They just loot you for your money. The room and room service were both awful. Please don't stay there.
