The pool was the disappointing part of our stay. Guests were using it in regular clothes instead of swimwear, and staff didn't seem to enforce hygiene or safety rules. Since it's connected to a water park, some visitors seemed to treat it more like a public water attraction than a maintained pool. Basic discipline would make it more comfortable and safe for everyone, and staff showed little concern about this while we were there. The rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained, and both the location and property are good. The hotel has potential, but better pool management and hygiene checks would improve the experience.

The food was very nice, and we’re grateful to Yuvrajsingh Zala, Vishalbhai, Manojbhai, shelf kantilal Salvi, and Harishbhai Damor for serving such delicious meals. At the reception, Mr. Deepalsingh, Pujamam, Ritamam, Mithumam, and Dipak sir gave us especially warm, outstanding service. The cleaning team and the other staff also worked very effectively. Thank you to the whole team at Zone connect by the park team, Udaipur.

The staff were cool, and this is a decent budget option if the price and location suit you. The location can go either way: it's quiet and central, but a back-side room looks straight toward a cremation ground 😅. With family, I'd try for a road-side room. Rooms are budget-sized and nothing fancy. There's no gym. The food is so-so, with a repetitive breakfast and only vegetarian choices, no eggs.

Reeta at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. She was kind and professional, and went out of her way to make check-in smooth. That service really stood out during my stay at Zone Connect Udaipur. The property is modern and comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the food was great. I had a wonderful visit and will stay here again.

Mittu and Reeta helped me with both check-in and check-out, and the staff were always helpful and ready to assist with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at Zone Connect Udaipur. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the food was delicious. It's easy to get around from the hotel's location, close to major attractions, and the property has a vibrant, refreshing feel. I'd happily come back.
