This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room smelled bad and looked awful, with cigarette remains scattered around and tobacco spit in the washbasin. The tap was broken, there was no hot water or drinking water, and the cupboard had no hangers. They didn’t provide towels, soap, cream, or shower gel either. We had to keep calling for basic things, and the staff’s behavior wasn’t good. There’s no parking, and the price was far too high for what we got. They called it a 3-star hotel, my foot. P.S. “GALI GALI MAIN SHOR H, HOTEL MANNAT CHOR H”.

The manager was arrogant and communicated poorly, and there wasn’t proper parking space for our vehicle. Our room smelled bad and wasn’t maintained, and there was no hot water. The hotel’s service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The breakfast buffet was the best part, so tasty and with lots of variety. The hotel was nice, the staff very helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are very good, and it’s a major hotel in debari near pacific university. But the food tasted bad, and the food and beverage experience was very poor. Staff didn’t know how to speak to customers, facilities were poor, and the place always looked empty with very few staff. High prices for poor-tasting food.

Staff were helpful, and there’s underground parking with hot and cold running water. The rooms could have been cleaner, though, and the facilities don’t quite justify the price. It’s fine for an overnight stay if that’s all you need.
