The bedsheets were stained, and the rooms weren’t clean, though they were bearable. We were stranded for two hours because they didn’t have a master key and our key was with other members.
2/10
The bathroom was the worst part of the stay, and the rooms were so bad they felt like garbage. The jet spray didn’t work and the toilet wasn’t okay. I had the worst experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
8/10
The staff were really good, and the rooms and cleaning were great too. Breakfast was very good as well 👌
2/10
The bathroom smelled awful, the taps were very old-fashioned, and the wallpaper was peeling. The TV didn’t work properly, and the AC was very old. This was the worst experience of our whole tour. I’d say don’t book a room here, even staying in the vehicle would be better than going to this particular hotel.
10/10
The staff were very kind, and room service was good. The rooms were good too, and both breakfast and dinner were good.
