We couldn't stay in the room for even 20 minutes. I had booked for 4-5 hours while travelling with my family and my one-year-old baby, but the decent room shown in the pictures turned out to be a servant's room that shouldn't have been used for guests. The used bathroom stank, and they didn't provide hot water for the baby. They charged me 1500 for 30 minutes and had no explanation. I felt looted in a difficult situation, and they showed no ethics. I'd say don't book here at any price, even if you have to cancel or delay your trip. It's not worth staying for free and is hurting Udaipur's name.

They charge ₹1500 to ₹2000 but don't provide proper service. There isn't room service, drinking water in the room, or even a bathroom kit, and the AC has no remote. The bedsheets and washroom were completely dirty. This place has a hotel sign but none of the facilities you'd expect from a hotel. Even a dharmshala does better. I'd spend ₹500 more on another hotel instead.

The rooms were fine, and being able to rent a bike right at the hotel was a real plus. I arrived at 7 AM and the manager let me check in early. I also got a 24-hour room at the same rate MakeMyTrip offered. I'd avoid the basement rooms, though, since the network connection and Wi-Fi are both weak there.

The location is great, close to fateh sagar lake, and the food was good. sitaram ji provided very nice room service.

The ambience is good, and the staff are well behaved. A nice place to stay. I'd recommend booking it if you're visiting udaipur. 🌟
