The affordable prices felt well matched to the service, so Sajjan Villa was great value for money. Staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and one of the best I've stayed in, with the basic amenities well maintained. It was a peaceful stay with excellent hospitality. The rooftop view was lovely in the evening, and the rooms were decent and comfortable for the price. Hotel Excellent is in a handy spot, close to the main attractions and easy to get around from. Shankar, who works under Rishabh, was just as polite and supportive, always ready to help with a smile. I casually asked the owner, Rishabh, whether he could arrange a surprise, and he quickly connected me with a décor team. They turned the rooftop into a romantic setup overlooking the lake and City Palace. Fairy lights, candles, cozy seating, and a beautiful atmosphere made it feel like a movie scene. The view of the sparkling water and the buildings glowing against the night sky took my breath away. The hospitality, lovely view, and memorable rooftop décor all came together so well.
