The management and staff were professional, respectful, and supportive the whole time, and they looked after all the small details. Rooms and common areas were outstandingly clean, showing a high level of care and hygiene. The stay felt smooth and stress-free, with comfort and good value for money.

After a long journey, the spacious, spotless rooms were a comfortable place to rest, and the peaceful surroundings made the visit more relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome felt warm and sincere. Staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Tridev Katra was deeply satisfying and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Katra.

Nayaj bhai, the front office manager, behaved very well and made the stay feel homely. The hotel is right at the best stand, but there’s no traffic noise. Receptionists and other staff were very nice and took care of all our requests. The restaurant food was good, and the service was up to the mark. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit.
