There’s a vegetarian restaurant on site, and the food was good. The rooms have plenty of space and big beds, while helpful staff, high-speed WiFi, and backup power for outages were also available.

I came with my family for Mata Rani Darshan and had a really bad experience with the property and its staff. When we used the restaurant, they pushed us to order what they preferred instead of what we wanted, seemingly to make more money. Their customer service was bad, so I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone I know.

I was highly dissatisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, and would never recommend it. Abhishek Gupta at the front desk was rude and arrogant. When a woman asked him for help, he didn't know how to speak to her or greet her respectfully. He doesn't respect women and doesn't deserve to stay in such a holy place.

After our tiring trip from Vaishno Devi, I couldn't sleep properly because mice were running around the room. They damaged our bags and luggage, bit the apples we'd left there, and left droppings on the blankets. The blankets were very dirty, and the hotel didn't clean them. When I complained about the damage, they answered rudely, “HAMNE CHUHE PAALE NAHI HAI,HAMARI KOI RESPONSIBILITY NAHI HAI”. There was also a four-hour power cut. We needed to charge our phones and take a bath after the trip, but the geysers weren't working, so we couldn't do either. I had to sleep on the extra mattress they'd put on the floor. We'd booked through OYO, and they had sent a picture of the room they reserved for us, but what we found didn't meet my expectations. The room was very small, with no space for an extra bed. They put one in anyway, and it blocked the bathroom entrance, leaving the room extremely cramped. The service wasn't what I expected from OYO.
