I’ve stayed in almost every kind of hotel, and this was the worst experience of my life. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty. The receptionist was disrespectful, rude, and arrogant, acting like he owned the place when he was just a clerk. He should be removed. His mouth stank like hell 🤮🤮

The hotel staff behaved badly and the service was poor. They threatened to kidnap me and my family if I didn’t pay. Pathetic service. The owner wasn’t there, and the staff members acted like they owned the place.

Very disappointing. The staff are rude and don’t know how to speak to people. They lie, and they don’t explain all the charges.

The room smelled bad and the bathroom was unclean. They only offer drop-off from the hotel to ban ganga. When I called for pickup, the driver refused. The hotel and staff were the wrost.

The room and bedsheets were dirty, yet they charged 1000 rupees after making false promises at the railway station. The mattress spring was broken, so it felt like sleeping on the floor, and the bathrooms were filthy. They say they’ll provide pickup and drop-off from badhganga but don’t. The reception person was rude and unpleasant. Disgusting place, don’t go there. They’re looting people in the name of god.
