The place looks good from outside, but the rooms are very, very small, with barely any space in the washroom. The towels were very dirty, and the tea we ordered was useless. Service wasn't very good either. Their phone doesn't work, so we had to go to reception for everything. I wasn't pleased with the hospitality.

The cost was affordable, and we had a good experience. This is a revamped new property with all the amenities needed. Staff were helpful and behaved well. Jai Mata Di 🙏

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is good quality. A decent place at an affordable price.

The car parking is very good, and there’s a free pick-up and drop-off to the main entrance of the Vaishno Devi track, about two kilometres away. The hotel works well for a stay of a day or two. Rooms are good, though service is average. There’s no room intercom, so you have to go to the centre post to request anything.

A terrible experience. The room service was bad, and the staff seemed illiterate. Manager Surjit Singh had no manners when speaking to women or guests. I’d never choose this hotel again.
