The view from this place is beautiful, honestly mind blowing. It’s near the entry point for trikut parvat, and the stay is affordable too.

The view of trikuta parvat is a plus, and the main entry gate for the yatra start point at ban ganga is within walking distance. The rooms are untidy and cleaning isn’t done properly. There’s no lift, and it won’t suit senior citizens. Only one room is on the ground floor. You can’t reach reception from the room, so you have to call them on your mobile.

The washroom was in terrible condition and the flush didn’t work at all. Service was a disaster, they wouldn’t even give guests a jug of water. I left a brand new reebok t shirt and a regular trouser in the washroom. When we got back from the market, the trouser was still there but the shirt was gone. Ofc they stole it. Nothing about this place was worth it, they don’t deserve even one star.

The hotel is far from the market, bus stands and restaurants. The owner was rude and unsupportive, and I felt customers were brought in through Nexus with false promises and claims. Staff weren’t professional either. They offered pickup and drop from places including yatra starting points, but when we asked, they made excuses about the vehicle being confiscated in certain areas or there being no vehicle or driver. The cab was an Omni van driven by a boy who told me his name was Ramesh. He was very rude, and the van didn’t have proper papers and licence. The room was in awful shape, with broken walls, tiles and taps, a poorly cleaned bathroom and cockroaches. It looked like maintenance and proper cleaning hadn’t been done for months. Be aware, and look for another hotel if you can.
