OYO 29204 Hotel Blue Sapphire

We booked five rooms, but what we got was completely different from the pictures. The rooms were poor quality, especially the bathrooms: one was very messy, the commode was filthy and the wash basin was broken inside. Mice ran around the room, and the receptionist did nothing when we reported it. The people, especially the receptionist, were very racist towards South Indians. The pickup and drop driver behaved badly when we wouldn’t buy things from the shop he recommended. When we raised the room conditions, the receptionist acted like a goon. I felt he might have slapped us if we’d said more. It was a terrible experience. I’d tell everyone to sleep in the railway station lounge instead of booking this hotel.

It’s a lodge, not a hotel. The experience was awful, though I blame ibibo for showing this kind of place on its site rather than the lodge itself.

The room was in awful condition, the service was very poor, and there was no cleanliness.

I’m giving it 1 star because I can’t rate it lower. They don’t even change the sheets or pillow covers, and there are major hygiene and cleanliness problems. Management seems totally clueless, or maybe they just don’t know how to run a hotel. Please choose somewhere else. Jai Mata Di.
