The food stood out for me, it was fresh, delicious, and there was a good variety. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, and the spacious, clean rooms were comfortable. Staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. I had a really pleasant stay, and it seems suitable for family or business trips. Highly recommended!

I’ve visited Katra several times, but this was my only bad hotel experience. The owner didn’t answer when we called, and neither did the other hotel management number, despite our repeated attempts. Other hotels provide pick and drop to the starting point of Vaishnav Devi temple, but they refused that service. They even charged us for drinking water, which is usually complimentary. If you’re coming with friends, don’t choose this place, and don’t consider bringing your family.

I liked the hotel, and the view from our window in Room-102 was amazing. The owner, Surinder ji, was very cooperative and suggested things to do nearby, water sport activities, and a Kashmir trip. We’d already booked our return ticket and didn’t have time to try any of those, though I’d like to experience them someday. Hope so Mata ji ka bulawa phir se aye.
