The location is good, the staff were helpful, and the stay was fine overall. The rooms, especially the washrooms, could use more attention to cleanliness. Not providing drinking water at the hotel was a real turnoff. I’ll think twice before coming back.

We had delicious home-cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner made to our requests. The staff were helpful and courteous, especially Avinash Bhau and Sushant, along with the home cook. The rooms were well maintained and hygienic. The hotel is in a quiet, serene spot, good for a short break near Mumbai or Thane. A basic dental kit, body wash, and shampoo would make the stay more comfortable. Complimentary mineral water, one or two bottles per room each day, would also be a plus.

The hotel itself is very good, but I’m unhappy with Fabhotels. They charged almost 2400INR extra as commission for booking the hotel online. I’d have been okay with a 500 INR commission, but 2400INR is a lot. Lesson learned, next time I’ll contact the hotel directly instead of using the Fabhotel chain.

The rooms were good, but the toilets and bathroom buckets were very dirty and unhygienic. The pillow covers weren’t clean, and the pillows weren’t comfortable either. Food was average.

The views at the hotel are stunning, and the service was excellent. It’s a lovely spot for a relaxing getaway, with thoughtful details that make it comfortable.
