I’d paid the full amount through the OYO app about six months before arriving. We got there around 9 a.m., and when the manager asked about payment, I told him it was already paid online. He immediately said there was no room, then offered to give us one if we paid extra. I called OYO, and after that the manager was willing to put us in a very dirty, damp room on the top floor. The room and terrace were filthy, and everything there seemed useless. The discussion between me, OYO, and the manager took two hours. The manager was very rude. The room smelled terrible and felt unsafe for my family, so I had no real choice but to cancel. I got only a 30% refund. A very bad experience.

The rooms were extremely dirty, and the washrooms had unclean potty stains. Service was pathetic. I asked several times for the rooms and washrooms to be cleaned, but nobody listened.

The manager asked for extra money when I arrived for my OYO booking. They then put us in a very poor room on the fourth floor, with no lift, so we had to use the stairs. I was very disappointed. It was my worst experience, and I believe the hotel management has fake reviews.

Very fine service, and a familiar hotel that’s couple friendly. It’s close to the railway station and the price is very pocket-friendly. I’d give it 5 stars among all my trips.
