The welcome drink, meals, and high tea were all great, as were dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed the free camel ride and hair oil massage, and the rooms and bathrooms were good. The pool was clean and had plenty of hot water for swimming in winter. Staff were humble and admirable, always willing to go the extra mile to serve guests. The hospitality made this a memorable stay, and I’d recommend it if you’re in Ranakpur.

The students had a great time at the pool, camel ride, and game zone, and the fresh, delicious food was served with lovely hospitality. We were a student group from Mehsana, Gujarat, and everything was organized well from the welcome drink through the end of our visit. Staff were kind, polite, and cooperative throughout. They also made one student's birthday feel special, celebrating it warmly just as we had told them. It was a touching gesture. Mana Resort blends comfort, nature, and fun, and I’d recommend it to groups, families, and students looking for a memorable getaway.

We only had one night at Mana Hotels, Ranakpur, but it was memorable. The highlight was our jungle safari with Mahendra from Ranakpur Wild & Nature Safari. He was calm, knowledgeable, and deeply connected to nature, and we were lucky enough to spot a leopard just a few meters away. The hotel is beautiful, with modern architecture and spacious green grounds full of plants and trees. Reception, room service, and restaurant staff were all kind, professional, and welcoming. The restaurant especially stood out for its delicious food, warm atmosphere, and people who clearly care about their work. We’d gladly return for the comfort, nature, and service.

The morning views over the surrounding hills and forest felt magical. I loved the pool looking out over the lush greenery, a calm place for a quiet dip. The earthy, peaceful atmosphere made it easy to slow down and get away in nature.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and games are available too. Everyone on staff behaved nicely and was very good. A must visit when you come for safari. Thanks again, happy visiting.
