The room itself was decent in size, and the hotel’s location and staff service were the main positives for me. The one staff member there did his best to make things comfortable. But check-in was a really frustrating mess. We booked through booking.com, then were told the rate we’d paid was too low and we couldn’t check in. Somehow this was treated as the customer’s problem, even though we paid the price the hotel had listed. We eventually got in after agreeing to move to a lower-tariff room. It seemed to come from poor communication between the hotel and its brand, Fab Hotels, and left me wary about booking with them again. The property is just on the third floor, with about 8-10 rooms. We also had power cuts on both days of our stay, and some bathrooms don’t seem to have proper exhaust fans.

The team was welcoming, and the washrooms were clean. I had Matar Paneer with Tandoori Rotis, both tasted good and the serving was more than enough. The rooms were comfortable, though nothing fancy. It’s right on the main road, and for the price I had a good stay.

Rocky Bhaiya and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome, and the service stayed friendly throughout. Check-in went smoothly too. The facilities feel modern, and I had an excellent stay. We’ll be back! 👍🤘

We were left without a place to stay despite having paid in advance for two rooms at FabHotel Grand Arya, booked for 17-19 April 2026. The confirmation was valid, but staff refused to check us in, saying the rate was “low tariff.” That caused a lot of stress and inconvenience at the last minute. A pricing error shouldn’t fall on the customer, and refusing a confirmed booking like this felt deeply unprofessional and showed poor management and integrity. I’d urge people to be cautious about booking here. I’m not sure confirmed reservations will be honored.

There was no quiet at night, with the reception staff talking almost until midnight. You can’t get anything before 8 a.m., not even tea. The rooms were good, but the food wasn’t great, and the place felt like a one-star hotel. It was my first stay at this kind of hotel, and it turned out badly.
