It’s good, but the cleaning isn’t.
The rates were easy on the budget, and it’s a useful option if you need to stay in Khagaul Market. I was there two years ago for a relative’s wedding, before it had OYO branding. We didn’t order food, though bottled water was available through the night, and the locked entrance made the place feel safe. It’s really just somewhere to crash for a night, and the surroundings aren’t great. Better staff and service would have earned it another star.
Getting up to the third floor without a lift was a hassle, and the room wasn’t much better. During our two-day stay, they didn’t change the bedsheets. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and water leaked out and pooled outside it. When we asked for drinking water, they handed us tap water in a bottle with a broken seal. The location is the only thing going for this place. OYO properties seem to be getting worse, and I don’t think I’ll choose one again.
The rooms themselves are good, but there’s no parking and the area is crowded and noisy. There’s a medical shop downstairs, which is handy.
It’s an ordinary place for a short stay, maybe a day or two, and Danapur station is within walking distance. There’s no RO water. They usually give you tap water to drink, or you can buy RO water from the restaurant on the first floor of the same building. AC rooms cost ₹1000 and non-AC rooms ₹800. Both types have Wi-Fi, a television, and a water geyser, but the facilities are poor for those rates.
