Radisson Jass Hotel Khajuraho

The food was excellent, with lots of choices, and I especially enjoyed the live flute music. It was soft and soothing, and could be heard throughout the hotel, adding a magical feeling to the stay. I worked here in 1991-1992, when it was known as Jass Oberoi. Returning after 35 years with my wife to revisit those younger-day memories was emotional and special. It’s Radisson Jass now, and the visit felt truly heart-warming. The premises are beautiful, peaceful, and full of positive energy. I enjoyed every moment, and the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and love. Their polite, caring way made me feel like a king. Ms. Vijaya Dutt (GM) is a remarkable, dynamic lady. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal touch made this a lifelong memory.

I came to the property for dinner. The food was good and the preparation was fine, though prices were a little high and the menu didn’t have any particular specialty. The hotel is well planned, with serene interiors, and most of all, it smells good.

I expected a premium stay from a hotel rated 5-star, but it wasn’t a good experience. The room’s commode flush didn’t work properly, and the tap kept leaking until water overflowed in the washroom. I had specifically asked before check-in if everything in the room worked, and was assured that it did. These basic maintenance problems affected my comfort and are unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. I hope management takes better care of essential facilities.

We stayed at Radisson, Khajuraho for 2 nights and were generally comfortable. The hotel is in a good, quiet location, with clean, well-maintained surroundings near the western group of temples, and the rooms are big and spacious. The buffet dinner was just okay, and breakfast had limited options. Our room had a connecting door to the neighbouring room. It was locked, but we could still hear noise from there and from the corridors, which disturbed our sleep. The room lighting was very dim.
