Being surrounded by trees helps the hotel stay somewhat cool in summer, and the designed lights are a special feature. They show the owner's good taste, fitting this international heritage spot. There’s also a rooftop swimming pool. The prime roadside location is within walking distance of the museum, the Western group of temples, and a variety of restaurants. The food at the hotel’s own restaurant is unique, and hot water is centrally available on demand in the morning through a solar system. The room, service, and everyone’s behaviour impressed me. It was amazing.

Vaibhav and the staff looked after every little thing and made our trip wonderful. The restaurant, cafe, ambience, pool, and rooms were all awesome, and the food was reasonably priced. The rooftop swimming pool deserves a 5-star rating. The hospitality and service were excellent, and it felt like a home away from home. It’s very near the temples, an easy walk, too. Five stars for the location, service, and hospitality. I’ll definitely visit again when I get the chance to return to Khajuraho.

There’s no backup when the electricity goes out, so you’re left sweating until it comes back. In the morning, there may be no water from the taps; I was told to wait another 2 hours, and there was still no water. The rooms weren’t clean either, and I had to ask them to clean the dusty floor and washroom. There are big openings, including a bathroom window and a balcony, that make it very easy for anyone to enter a room. I wouldn’t recommend it for girls or couples. The boy showing the rooms also didn’t stick to the price he’d quoted. We had a very bad experience with family. A big no for this hotel.

For a budget stay with basic facilities in a prime Khajuraho location, this property is worth considering. There’s a swimming pool, good parking, room service, a nicely decorated dining area, and rooms big enough for two. They kept the place clean and green, though the bathroom door didn’t work properly and made a noise.
