In my experience, this is the best facility in Khammam. I've never seen this kind of arrangement before, and the service was unlike what I've had elsewhere. I really liked it.

I booked and paid for a room online before coming to Khammam. Even though we arrived after check-in time, we waited an hour and were given lame excuses. When we finally got in, the room wasn't in good shape: the sheets were stained, and they refused to replace them, telling us to use the same ones. We had to sleep without blankets as well. The hotel looked neat, but the service was awful and security felt very poor. Such a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it.
