The peaceful location was very good, and the staff knew the valley exceptionally well and helped us a lot. We had a great time on the houseboat, with excellent staff and a wonderful caretaker. We visited Sonamarg, Gulmarg, MUGHAL GARDEN, and other places, all with breathtaking scenery. The owner and his cousin made us feel at home, and the stay was good value for money. You may not want to spend your whole Kashmir trip on a house boat, but it's definitely an experience worth having. We enjoyed the tour and the valley, and the stay as a whole was wonderful.

As a first-time traveller to Kashmir, I had a very good experience. The hotel staff member rameez provided great service and behaved wonderfully.

The room was big and good, with an electric bed and a room heater, though the heater could only be used for a while, not all night. There was no kettle. The restroom had hot water 24/7. Food was okay, about 3/5, and not very tasty.

Ramiz was helpful, which was a bright spot during our family and friends' stay in March 2024. The houseboat's interiors were worn and dusty, the toilets were in bad shape, and the towels smelled. Room heaters didn't work, bed heaters worked only intermittently, and the lights flickered along with the electrical connections. Vegetarian food choices were very limited, and the water was warm rather than hot. They call it a deluxe houseboat, but it felt more like a 1 or 2 star hotel. It was a truly bad experience for us.
