The houseboat made for a unique, unforgettable stay, floating on serene water with personal care that felt worlds away from ordinary accommodation. Mr. Mudasir and his colleague were always available, helpful, polite, soft-spoken, and genuinely kind. They made us feel like family. Our room was cozy, impeccably clean, and heated just right for chilly evenings. The food was simple and comforting, like authentic home cooking. It was a heartwarming visit and truly one of the best experiences I've had.

Mr Adnan, the owner, came down personally to greet us, and Imran from the team was available all the time and made us feel at home. The property had everything we needed, including 24hrs hot water and a room heater. Food was amazing and just like home cooking. I had an amazing stay with my family and would definitely recommend it to travellers.

The owner Adnan shared all the information upfront, and this was an amazing property for the budget. The rooms were clean and the heater stayed on through out so we wouldn't feel the outside temperature. Mudassir and Imran were very kind and gave us a warm greeting. Dinner was amazing, ghar ka khana. We didn't get the chance to have breakfast because of our early morning flight. I'd definitely recommend this houseboats for a great experience.

The room was big and the service was great. Caretaker mudassir was kind and helpful, and arranged everything we needed. A heater, food, and hot water were available 24*7.

Mudassir's care made a big difference during our stay. He was polite, attentive, and helpful, arranging meals and guiding us about local attractions, and his warm manner and professionalism made us feel at home. The Akbar Group of Heritage Houseboats was clean, beautifully maintained, and reflected Kashmir's rich heritage. Its peaceful location and stunning views made for a relaxing visit.
