A friendly caretaker offered us the local fruit "loquat plum" and shared some helpful suggestions. There’s parking, and food service is available, though the choices are limited and it runs at fixed times. The place was clean, with spacious, clean rooms. It’s within walking distance of Dal lake and Nishat garden, so I’d recommend it if you want to stay nearby and take an evening walk.

The staff were very cooperative, the service was good, and they can cook delicious food if you order. Our room was clean and properly maintained, with almost all the things we needed. The guest house is in a beautiful spot, close to Dal lake and about a walk away. Lush green mountains surround it, giving you a glimpse of Kashmir’s beauty. It seems like a safe, posh area, with big row-houses and bungalows nearby. I had a very good stay and would like to visit again.

The room views were excellent, and Mr. Amrit was always there to help and assist. The property is in a very posh area near Nishat garden, with Dal lake within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the bathroom looked new and was much cleaner than I expected. Truly good value for money. I had a wonderful stay.

This hotel is a little away from the bustle around dal lake, but still within walking distance, and the quiet surroundings make it great for families. We enjoyed the good food a lot, and I have to compliment the cook. We always called the place our home when we were in Srinagar. The manager, Mr. Sunil Rana, deserves a special mention for keeping it just as it is. Please keep up the good work.
