Mr pankaj helped us find a room within my budget and with parking, after we couldn't find a good budget room elsewhere. I was travelling by car with my 10 years old son on a budget road trip from jaipur- amritsar- kashmeer - leh- noida- jaipur, and visited Shrinagar in June 2033. He also guided us for site seen, and the breakfast was so good. I hope to stay at hotel one o one again when I visit shrinagar. Recommend it, and thanks Pankaj.

The location is a bit odd, but the hotel is good for the budget. Rooms are clean and have wifi and other basic amenities. I'd suggest it if you're travelling with friends.

The electric heated bed spreads made the bed warm, cozy, and delightful, and the rooms were very clean with fresh white linen. Staff were good with kids and even gave milk for my son's bottle. Great service for a cheap price, and there was onsite parking for my car too.

There was just one service man covering two floors, and the hotel is far from dal lake. After we'd paid, the owner was very rude to customers.

It's decent for the price, but nothing special. There are better options near the dal lake.
