Being close to Hazratbal and Dal Lake made getting around easy, and the setting was beautiful and peaceful. At Hotel Pashm, I had a very relaxing stay, with comfortable rooms that were neat, maintained well, and had the basic facilities. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to help, and the service was prompt. It felt like good value for money, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

I didn't have any complaints. The rooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the whole stay went smoothly. The manager was one of the best I've met, always attentive, helpful, and truly concerned about guests' comfort. I'd highly recommend the hotel for its quality service and warm atmosphere.

Mr Sameer, the chef, made tasty, quality meals in a good range of varieties. The rooms, services, and location were excellent, and Mr fayyaz personally kept an eye on us throughout the stay and handled everything smoothly.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days with friends. The spacious, clean room and all the flavorful food, so much of it was mouthwatering, made it a lovely stay. Everyone was hospitable and accommodating. Mr. Fayaz Nabi helped us choose places to visit in Kashmir, and our trip wouldn't have been as memorable without his help. Hotel Pasm Home was reasonably priced and full of good memories. I highly recommend it, and we're definitely coming back. Thanks for everything!

This place is love. We had guests visiting from outside and put them up here. Mr. Fayaz Nabi, the hotel's GM, took care of everything himself, from their stay and meals to their travel. The guests and all of us were happy with the service. Thank you, Fayaz Sahab.
