My room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed that helped me sleep well each night. The room heater was especially appreciated on chilly evenings. The staff were the highlight, always friendly, helpful, and ready with a warm smile and good guidance. Hotel Pacific is close to Dal Lake, so I could start the day with a relaxed walk or quickly get a shikara ride. It was a comfortable and convenient base for my Srinagar trip. The hotel felt clean and welcoming, offered good value, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it.

The food was excellent, and they could prepare dishes to order the way we wanted. I'm here for six nights with my daughter, and the comfort, furnished rooms, upkeep, and service have all been exceptional. The owner and every staff member have been genuinely warm. I've stayed in plenty of hotels and visited many places, but THIS IS EXCEPTIONAL.

The staff were really nice, and the hotel was well maintained. Our room was neat and clean. We spent four nights here, and it was a lovely, memorable stay. I'd recommend it to future travelers.

The rooms were spacious, and it was a decent stay overall. What mattered most to me was the service and the way the staff treated us, both were top notch.

The hotel is near Dal Lake Gate No. 01. I stayed four nights, and the environment, staff, and service were all good. They cleaned our room every day.
