OYO 77180 Sri Vasudha Residency

The rooms feel like caves, with no ventilation, and the washroom has none either. The washroom drain is blocked. They don't provide basic amenities, and there's no drinking water, they just wanted to sell a water bottle. Even after asking many times, they hadn't subscribed to Hindi channels, so I watched IPL in a local language.

This isn't a review of the hotel itself since I didn't stay there. I'm writing about their responsibility and service. I spoke to the people at the residence before visiting, and they spoke well during the day. I reached khamma at midnight, but the door was locked and they wouldn't answer my calls. I waited 20 mints and called five times. They never called me back in the morning either. They don't have the cartacy to call. Just a suggestion, if you plan to check in around midnight, it's better to avoid this hotel.

A bad experience. When we arrived, they demanded extra money and said we could cancel the booking otherwise. I paid the extra amount. Before handing over the room, they asked us to give a 5 star rating. Don't choose this room at any cost.

I've had the best experience here, probably the best hotel in Khammam. I called the management at 4'O clock early in the morning without a reservation, and they confirmed a booking straight away. The room was so nice and the staff were friendly.
