We had a few issues at check-in, but the staff handled the situation in a truly commendable way. Everyone was polite, cooperative and well trained, and seemed genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. The hospitality, location, cleanliness and service standards made for a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Ms. Vaidehi and Mr. Sarvesh from the restaurant, Mr. Amit and Mr. Jehangir at the Front Desk, and Ms. Monika from the Spa for their support and professionalism. Housekeeping, valet, the bell desk and the rest of the hotel team were courteous, helpful and welcoming throughout. Thanks for making our visit memorable. We’ll surely come again and highly recommend the property.

The property was beautiful and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the experience. Jahangir deserves a special thanks for being courteous, attentive and ready to help throughout our visit, which made it more comfortable and memorable. The staff, service and overall experience exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely recommend this resort for a pleasant, hassle-free getaway and look forward to visiting again.

The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were supportive, courteous and well trained. We also appreciated getting an early check-in when it was available. Our stay was great, though there are a few things that could make it better. The indoor sports area staff member on the afternoon shift was often unavailable and, while my wife and I were still playing around 6:00 PM, switched off all the air conditioners before that section’s closing time. An iron and ironing board weren’t available, despite being listed among the amenities. The TV remote didn’t work properly, and the room didn’t have the listed shaving mirror or a comb, which I’d consider a basic amenity, especially for a 5-star property. These don’t feel like major negatives or booking dealbreakers, but they could improve the guest experience.

Aarsia at the main office was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. At the SPA, Linthoi and Tume attended us and were very efficient. It was our second stay at ikshana resort, and we had a great experience again. The food is GREAT, and the restaurant staff are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it for a quick getaway from Mumbai and pune. Looking forward to my next visit.

My cousin, Arman Kalandar Shaikhnag, held a wedding ceremony at Ikshana Resort and Spa, and it was memorable and exceptionally well organised. The venue had an elegant ambience, well-maintained facilities and excellent food, both in taste and presentation. The hotel team were professional, courteous and attentive throughout, and everything was arranged and carried out smoothly. Careful planning and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction showed in every part of the event. The hotel’s dedicated service helped make the wedding a success. Overall, an outstanding experience.
