I only ate here, so I can’t comment on the rooms. What I can say is that the service was the worst I’ve experienced. A simple order took over an hour and a half, and the staff spoke rudely. Even the restaurant owner seemed unaware of customer service or how to value people’s time. The delay ruined my appetite. The plates, spoons, forks, bowls, and glasses were all dirty. The restaurant hygiene was nonexistent, and this could cause illness. The food itself was just okay, nothing special, but eatable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Khandwa’s food department should inspect it regularly for hygiene. Eat here at your own risk.

There was no hot water during my stay, which made mornings especially uncomfortable. Slow service made things worse, since even basic requests took a long time. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. The hotel fell short of basic cleanliness and service expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable stay.
